Ingredients150g French beans, ends trimmed
1 tbsp dried shrimps
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp Sambal Balado
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
MethodBring a pot of water to boil, add some salt and oil into the water. Blanch French beans in boiling water for about a minute. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in pan/wok and saute dried shrimps, garlic and Sambal Balado till fragrant. Put in the beans and stir-fry beans thoroughly for about 3 minutes or to your desired crunchiness. Add sugar and salt to taste.
Dish and serve.
