Ingredients
12 chicken wings (mid-joints)
Marinade mix
1 tbsp 5 spices powder
1 tbsp ground chili powder
2 tbsp Sze Chuan pepper & Salt
3 tbsp Japanese Yakiniku seasoning sauce
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Method
Marinate chicken wings with marinade mix for at least 2 hours. Adjust the seasoning to your taste. If you like it spicy, add more chili powder. I have set aside the marinated wings in the fridge for the whole day to make them well flavoured.

Bake the wings in preheated oven of 180 degree Celsius for about 20 minutes, turn the wings over and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot.
