Green Beans Omelette 四季豆煎蛋

Ingredients
200g fresh green beans, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2-3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
Oil for cooking
Salt to taste
.Method
Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl and dash in some soy sauce. Set aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté garlic till fragrant. Add some salt. Add chopped green beans and stir-fry for 3 minutes till slightly cooked. Stir the beans into the beaten eggs.

Heat oil in pan again and pour the egg mixture over the pan, spreading the mixture evenly. Pan-fry the egg and green beans till it turned a nice golden brown. Carefully flip the omelette with a spatula and brown the other side.

Dish and serve with chili sauce.
