Steamed Pork Ribs with Bean Paste 豉汁蒸排骨
Ingredients
300g pork ribs
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp bean paste
2 tbsp Chinese rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp corn flour
1 stalk scallion for garnishing
Method
Wash pork ribs and marinate with bean paste, garlic, rice wine, soys sauce, sugar, corn flour and sesame oil for at least an hour.
Place marinated pork ribs in a plate or steamer, steam over high heat for about 15-20minutes. Pour 1 tbsp rice wine over ribs just before serving.
Garnish with scallion and serve immediately.
