Stir-fried mushrooms and minced pork 双菇炒肉末


Ingredients
100g button mushrooms, sliced
200g oyster mushrooms, washed
150g minced pork
Ginger, minced
Garlic, minced
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
Oil for cooking


Method
Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger and garlic till fragrant. Add minced pork and stir fry at medium high heat till they are just cook. Remove and set aside, or if the wok is big, just park the pork to one side.

In the same wok, add some oil if necessary, stir fry button and oyster mushrooms till slightly brown. Return the minced pork and mix well with mushrooms. Stir in dark soy sauce. Dissolve corn starch in light soy sauce and add the mixture to the wok until the liquid thickens. Cook for 2 minutes. Dish and serve.
