Method
Bring a pot of water to boil. When it starts to boil, add potatoes and carrots, cook for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and sweet corns. Reduce heat and let the soup simmers for 1 hour or longer. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.

Note: You may add pork ribs or chicken to enhance the flavour of the soup. The above version is all vegetables and has little fats.
