Cravings for Singapore Food - Part 1

Fish and pork liver porridge from Crystal Jade Kitchen. Our all-time favourite.

"You mian" (thin noodles) soup with minced pork, egg and lots of vegetables and ikan bilis. Quite a wholesome meal eh? I have always preferred "you mian" (thin noodles) to "ban mian" (flat noodles). You can find this all over Singapore.

I miss the rojak from Clementi Brothers. The yau char kwai and tau pok are so crispy.

炸醬面 Zha jiang mian from Causeway Point's Horion food mall. The best zha jiang mian I have tasted so far. I have a massive craving for this as I blog.
.
Crispy chicken rice from Clementi's Golden Rooster (The coffee shop at Block 450). Their BBQ spring chicken is awesome, better than the crispy chicken!
.
Stewed pork in 公仔面 (instant noodles) at Crystal Jade Macau in Bugis Junction. The HK version is nicer, but this will do in Singapore.

Kevin's favourite from Crystal Jade Macau - 法蘭西多士 French toast-sie with melted butter and honey. Sinful but soo... nice.
