Steamed Minced Pork 蒸肉饼
Ingredients
150g minced pork
2 eggs, beaten
Pickled choy sum, coarsely chopped
Half tsp sesame oil
1 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
50ml water
Method
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into a steaming bowl and steam over high heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from steamer, garnish as desired and serve.
