Baked Pork Ribs in Sweet and Sour Sauce 酸甜小排骨


Ingredients
400g pork ribs
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Scallions for garnishing
Cooking oil
Water

Marinade
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp five spice powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp corn flour


Method
Wash and clean pork ribs, marinade ribs for at least 2 hours. Pre-heat oven and baked ribs for 15 minutes at 180 C.

Heat oil in wok and saute garlic till fragrant. Add pork ribs, seasoning and some water. Stir well till the gravy is absorbed. Garnish with chopped scallions.

Dish and serve.
