Steamed Chicken with Ginger and Scallion 薑蔥蒸雞


Ingredients
400g chicken pieces, marinated
2 stalks scallion, cut into 2-inch section
1 piece ginger, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt


Method
Rub chicken pieces with salt, marinate chicken with Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and sesame oil for at least two hours.

Place marinated chicken in a plate or steam case, topped with scallions and ginger. Steam chicken covered over high heat for 10 minutes.

Dish and serve hot.
