Baked Pork Chops 香辣猪扒


Ingredients
4 pieces pork chop, about 1 inch thick
Olive oil

Marinade
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp rice wine
A few dash of pepper

Method
Marinate the pork chops for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree C, pour and spread olive oil over foil. Place pork chops on foil and pour marinade sauce all over. Bake pork chops for about 20 to 25 minutes, turning them once.
